I bought this book at the beginning of October and I am finding it really interesting. Here below I record my reflections as I am reading the book, exploring the topic and make connections with my counselling practice.

The book is Written by Susan Albers, a clinical psychologist, author of "Eating Mindfully", "Mindful Eating 101" and "Eat, Drink and Be Mindful".
